A Relay. A Mission. A Movement.

Sink Carry 2.0 is a one-of-a-kind community fundraising relay supporting Loveland’s Community Kitchen and its mission to ensure that no one in our community carries hunger alone.

Teams of friends, families, coworkers, businesses, civic groups, churches, and community organizations come together to carry a commercial three-bay sink approximately 13 miles through Loveland. Along the way, teams raise funds to “fill the sink” with forks, spoons, knives, and place settings—each representing meals and the collective power of a community coming together to fight hunger.

The relay is more than a race. It is a celebration of teamwork, generosity, community spirit, and the belief that everyone deserves access to nutritious food and a place where they are welcomed with dignity.

Throughout the event, the sink becomes a visual representation of the community’s generosity. As donations accumulate, the sink fills with utensils, building toward the Golden Fork and culminating in the Last Fork Ceremony at the finish line.

The event begins and ends at Loveland’s Community Kitchen, with the route traveling through some of Loveland’s iconic locations. Businesses and community partners can join the movement by forming teams, sponsoring the event, hosting a relay station, cheering participants along the route, or helping fill the sink through donations.

Together, we carry the weight so no one carries hunger alone.

Sink Carry 2.0 brings people together in a fun, highly visible, and meaningful way while raising critical funds to help Loveland’s Community Kitchen continue providing nutritious meals and compassionate support to neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

It is part relay, part fundraiser, part community celebration—and entirely about making a difference.
